This MABBCO® Remanufactured Premium Long Block is for a Ford 7.0 429 motor, model years 1979-1991. This block is identifiable by it #D9TE casting number, BDR cylinder heads, 1-3/4" crank snout, and is intended for non-smog appplications (please call if your application requires cylinder heads with emissions holes). This engine was commonly used in heavy duty trucks and is intended for carbureted applications. Each MABBCO® long block is custom assembled as ordered so please call for current build times.
MABBCO® long blocks include NEW pistons, piston rings, rod bearings, main bearings, cam bearings, timing set, freeze plugs, gasket set, oil pump, and lifters. MABBCO® long blocks are Spin Tested on a Computerized Engine test stand for proper oil pressure and compression and come complete with the push rods and rocker arms installed and pre-set. MABBCO® Premium Long Blocks are sold outright (No Core Return Required).
