This MABBCO® Remanufactured Premium Long Block is for a GM Chevrolet 4.3 262 motor, model years 1992-1995, and does have a balance shaft. This long block is identifiable by its 1pc. rear main seal, roller camshaft, and its #535, #534, #196, #834, or #359 block casting number. Each MABBCO® long block is custom assembled as ordered so please call for current build times.
